Digital Products Only

All products offered in the shop are digital downloads.
No physical products will be shipped or delivered to any postal address.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

Access and Delivery of Downloads

After completing a purchase, customers will receive access to the digital files through a download link or similar delivery method.
It is the customer’s responsibility to download and securely store the files once access has been provided.

• Sublimation designs (PNG)

For these items:

• Customers may use the designs to create end products, including printed physical items, for sale.

• Customers may not resell, share, give away, or distribute the original files, or any modified versions of the original digital files, in any way.

Personal Use Only Items

All other products, including but not limited to printables, editable PDFs, planners, and similar resources, are for personal use only.

Personal use means the products may be used by a single individual or household and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used to create products for sale.

Prohibited Uses

Customers must not:

• Claim the designs or products as their own original work.

• Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the digital files in their original or editable form.

• Use the products in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on the intellectual property rights of Tater Tots Co. or any third party.

Modifications to Terms

Tater Tots Co. may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of the shop website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
