✨ HOW TO PLAY ✨

Focus on the Mandala Picture: Keep your gaze fixed on the mandala picture.

Practice Visualization: Look at the picture for 5 to 10 seconds, then close your eyes for 5 seconds. Try to keep the image in your mind while your eyes are closed. Repeat this for about 20 seconds until you can visualize the image with your eyes closed.

Recall and Compare: After opening your eyes, look at the black and white mandala image on the back of the picture and try to remember its color.

Color from Memory: Color using markers according to the image in your mind, then compare it with the original mandala card to check if you’ve colored it correctly.

Consistency is Key: The most important part of this training is to keep practicing it for at least 3 months.
